El futuro de la avicultura regional está definitivamente ligado a la capacidad de nuestros productores de afrontar los retos que se avecinan en los próximos años y por ello el XXI Congreso Centroamericano y del Caribe de Avicultura, tiene la expectativa de ser el portal a través del cual los avicultores den el paso hacia la Avicultura del Siglo XXI, definida por la maximización de la eficiencia productiva, la implementación de las mejoras prácticas productivas y de bioseguridad, y la trasferencia y utilización de las nuevas tecnologías avícolas.
Como marco para este futuro Congreso, tenemos a Costa Rica, país reconocido a nivel mundial por sus riquezas naturales y la belleza de sus encantos turísticos; los cuales sin duda generan la atmósfera ideal para celebrar dentro de dos años un nuevo encuentro de los avicultores agrupados en la FEDAVICAC y para las empresas cercanas a nuestro sector.

Poultry of the XXI Century
“Poultry of the XXI Century” The future of the region’s poultry is definitely linked to the ability of our producers to meet the challenges that lie ahead in the coming years and therefore the XXI Conference of Central American and Caribbean Poultry is expected to be the portal through which producers will step towards Poultry of the XXI century. This century will be defined by the maximization of production efficiency, the implementation of improved production practices and biosecurity, and the transfer and use of new technologies related to poultry.
As a framework for this future Conference, we have Costa Rica, a country recognized worldwide for its natural beauty and its tourist attractions, which will certainly generate the ideal atmosphere to hold in 2010 a new meeting of the poultry producers of the region and the businesses close to our industry.
